PRAYER MINYAN AND MESSIANIC JEWISH INSTITUTE—On summer break.  Check back for the next course to start in September and contact the office for access to recorded previous classes.  

HEBREW WITH ISRAELI INSTUCTOR SHULI—Tue., 5:30pm-7:00pm for beginning students and intermediate students Thu., 6pm-7:30pm. Available via Zoom only. Contact shulihanover@gmail.com for more information.

JFEST 2026— The 33rd annual JFest is from May 12-July 14 with seminars, comedians, and musical performances. Visit SDJFest.org for information and tickets.

BI-ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING— Join us for our congregational meeting TODAY after service. Voting for the new board of directors will take place at this meeting. Members should make it a priority to attend.

SHABBAT AT THE SHORES—Join us Fri. Jul. 17 at 5pm at the La Jolla Shores next to the Main Lifeguard tower as we welcome the Shabbat as a community with music, dance, and liturgy.  Bring a meal to share and invite a Jewish friend!

ISRAELI MUSICIAN LEADING WORSHIP—Come enjoy and join with our friend, Shai Sol, on Sat. July 25 as she leads us in worship for our Shabbat service!

UMJC ISRAEL TOUR—The Union is visiting Eretz Yisrael in March 2027! If you want to join the UMJC as we head to visit friends and family in our ancient homeland, ask the office for the email from the Union that has the links to sign up along with the itinerary.

CALLING ALL SEAMSTRESSES—Evelyn Muhlhan has volunteered to help sew all the window coverings for our temple security. If you have ability and time, please get in touch with Evelyn to volunteer (443) 465-8876 or evelyn.muhlhan@gmail.com

MAYIM HAYIM RESOURCE CENTER—Check out our Resource Center for Messianic Jewish books for purchase or Library books for borrow (for members) or to read in our library (for non-members) including Rabbi Barney Kasdan’s commentaries. We have a shipment of the Budoff Messianic Siddur as well as Dr. Stern’s Nuevo Testamento en Español. Contact the office to visit during the week or talk to KA leadership on how you can purchase materials.
